The town of Washington, Missouri sits on a bluff overlooking the Missouri River Valley. The Washington Center takes advantage of this beautiful view and has windows that overlook the valley. This center houses the local Alzheimer Library. Most of the staff has lived and worked around the area all of their lives.PlayingPoker

Staff members Erna Mae Hendricks, Richard Tissell and Kelly Bridges keep participants busy with daily card games, various motor skill games, exercises and crafts. Weekly field trips include visits to local parks and activities in and around Washington.
